As a Client Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

Collaborating with management and the communications team to prepare and distribute engaging donor communications
Assisting with fundraising and promotional events, providing support in planning, logistics, and on-the-day execution
Maintaining and updating the donor database, ensuring accuracy and providing internal training as needed
Supporting the fundraising team with data input, report generation, and data queries to meet deadlines
Staying up-to-date on the latest fundraising initiatives and industry trends, and incorporating new ideas to enhance our fundraising and outreach efforts
