We are looking for a Senior VMware Performance Engineer (vSphere / vROps) who is passionate about designing, optimizing, and sustaining high-performance virtualized infrastructure. ResponsibilitiesDesign, configure, and optimize VMware vSphere (ESXi, vCenter) environments supporting high-volume, low-latency workloadsUse vRealize Operations (vROps) to monitor performance, analyze trends, and perform capacity planningPerform benchmarking, stress testing, and workload characterization for transaction-heavy platformsConduct root cause analysis for performance degradation, latency spikes, and infrastructure bottlenecksTune CPU, memory, storage, and network configurations to achieve optimal performance and stabilityCollaborate with application teams, infrastructure architects, and operations teams in client environmentsDocument performance baselines, tuning standards, and operational best practicesSupport production incidents by providing deep performance and virtualization expertise Qualifications7+ years of hands-on experience with VMware vSphere in enterprise environmentsAdvanced, hands-on expertise with vRealize Operations (vROps)Proven experience supporting transaction-heavy, low-latency systemsStrong understanding of virtualization performance across compute, storage, and networkingAdvanced English proficiency (written and spoken)Ability to work remotely with distributed, global teamsPreferred Skills and EducationExperience in payments, financial services, or similarly regulated environmentsVMware certifications such as VCP or VCAPExposure to hybrid or cloud-integrated infrastructurePerficient full-time employees receive complete and competitive benefits.
