Landscape Laborer

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Landscape Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for outdoor work and a strong commitment to maintaining beautiful landscapes. This role involves various tasks related to landscape maintenance, groundskeeping, and lawn care, ensuring that properties are kept in pristine condition throughout the seasons.

Responsibilities
• Perform landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, trimming, and edging lawns.
• Assist in the installation of landscape features such as trees, shrubs, and flower beds.
• Utilize hand tools and equipment for digging, planting, and maintaining garden areas.
• Conduct regular groundskeeping duties to ensure cleanliness and orderliness of outdoor spaces.
• Participate in seasonal tasks such as snow plowing during winter months.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively.
• Follow safety protocols while operating equipment and handling materials.

Skills
• Experience in landscape maintenance or related fields is preferred but not required.
• Proficiency in using hand tools relevant to landscaping tasks.
• Knowledge of lawn care practices including mowing techniques and fertilization methods.
• Ability to dig and prepare soil for planting or installation of landscaping features.
• Familiarity with tree trimming techniques and proper care for various plant species.
• Strong work ethic with the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Excellent teamwork skills with a willingness to learn from experienced colleagues.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Seasonal

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 50 per week
