Land Development Project Manager- Fully Remote

Project Manager- Land Development (Remote) Location: Fully Remote (Maryland Based) Employment Type: Full-Time Are you ready to make a lasting impact on communities and the environment? My client are looking for a Project Manager with a land development background to join their growing team. In this role, you'll work on projects that protect ecosystems, restore land, and improve infrastructure-helping create a safer, more sustainable world. This is a fully remote position with occasional travel for project needs. You'll collaborate with a talented team on diverse land development projects. What You'll Do • Provide technical guidance for site plans, erosion and sediment control plans, stormwater management plans, and land development/subdivision plans. • Perform hydrology, hydraulic, and drainage calculations. • Design erosion and sediment control measures and post-construction stormwater BMPs. • Utilize AutoCAD Civil 3D for grading plans, profiles, pipe networks, and 3D surfaces. • Work closely with Project Managers to coordinate with clients and assist in proposal preparation. What They are Looking For • Bachelor's degree in Civil/Environmental Engineering or related field. • Professional Engineer (PE) license. • 10-15 years of civil engineering experience, including: • Hydrology and hydraulics • Erosion and sediment controls • Stormwater management • Land development • AutoCAD Civil 3D proficiency • Strong communication and leadership skills.
