are seeking a reliable and hardworking individual to join our Foran MBO team as a
Labourer. The successful candidate will assist with various manual tasks on
construction sites, warehouse, and/or other industrial settings. The ideal
candidate will be physically fit, safety-conscious, and able to work
efficiently both independently and as part of a team.Key Responsibilities:·
Perform
general labour duties including lifting, carrying, shoveling, and site cleanup·
Operate
basic hand and power tools safely and efficiently·
Load
and unload materials, tools, and equipment·
Maintain
work areas to ensure they are clean, organized, and hazard-free·
Identify
and report safety hazards or equipment issues·
Follow
all site safety procedures, policies, and regulations·
Assist
with snow removal, ground maintenance, and other seasonal site duties·
Assist
other teams onsite with construction and maintenance tasks as required·
Perform
other duties as assigned by site supervisor Qualifications:·
Previous
experience in a labour-intensive role is an asset·
Valid
Driver’s License and clean driver abstract·
Ability
to perform physically demanding tasks which may include lifting, bending, and
standing for extended periods·
WHMIS
and SCOT certification is preferred·
Good
communication and organizational skills·
Ability
to work in various weather conditions and challenging environments·
Ability
to work independently with minimal supervision and collaborate effectively in a
team environment·
Knowledge
of safety protocols and procedures in a construction/mining setting is an asset·
Willingness
to complete a pre-access drug and alcohol test
