We are currently seeking a Laboratory Technician I to join our diverse and dynamic team. As a Laboratory Technician I at ICON, you will play an essential role in supporting laboratory operations by performing routine sample processing, maintaining equipment, and ensuring compliance with laboratory protocols. You will contribute to the accurate and efficient handling of samples in clinical trials, helping to drive forward the development of innovative treatments and therapies. What You Will Be Doing: • Performing routine sample processing, including handling, labeling, and storage, in accordance with study protocols. • Operating and maintaining laboratory equipment to ensure optimal performance and accuracy. • Following standard operating procedures (SOPs) and adhering to quality control guidelines. • Recording and managing laboratory data, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up to date. • Collaborating with laboratory staff and other departments to ensure smooth workflow and sample management. Your Profile: • Associate's degree or certification in laboratory science or a related field. • Previous experience working in a laboratory environment, ideally in clinical trials or healthcare. • Familiarity with basic laboratory techniques and equipment. • Strong attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and adherence to protocols. • Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
