Requirements
ā¢ Conducting file definition/configuration, testing, and troubleshooting for instrument interfaces, automation, services, programs and applications
ā¢ Providing on-site training and support prior to, during and post system implementations and conversions
ā¢ Providing on call support for production systems
ā¢ Consulting with users to identify current operating procedures and clarify program objectives
ā¢ Preparing Laboratory Bulletins for instrument interfaces, middleware platforms, automation, supporting services, programs and/or applications
