LA Studio Manager

Duetti is redefining how independent music creators monetize and grow their careers, seeking an LA Studio Manager to support the COO and manage the Los Angeles office and in-house studio. This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented and proactive, offering opportunities to grow within the company while ensuring smooth operations and a welcoming environment for artists.ResponsibilitiesManage and optimize the COO’s calendar, including scheduling internal/external meetings across time zonesCoordinate travel, accommodations, and detailed itinerariesPrepare and organize materials for meetings (agendas, briefing docs, follow-ups)Track action items and help ensure follow-through on key prioritiesHandle confidential information with discretion and professionalismMain point of contact for staff, visitors, and vendorsOwn day-to-day office operations (supplies, groceries, mail, upkeep)Coordinate cleaners, building management, and contractorsSupport LA team meetings, events, and offsiteEnsure the office is organized, welcoming, and productiveServe as studio receptionist and host for artists, partners, and internal teamsManage studio bookings and calendarCoordinate basic session logistics (access, refreshments, room setup)Maintain a clean, professional studio and flag equipment or technical issuesUse any prior studio/music experience to keep sessions running smoothlySkills1–3 years in admin/operations/studio/office roles (internships and strong early-career experience welcome)Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-throughComfortable juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentProfessional, warm, and service-oriented communicatorDiscreet and trustworthy with sensitive informationExcited by music, tech, and finance, and eager to grow in a scaling companyBased in or willing to relocate to LA; able to work on-site several days a weekMusic/entertainment/creative or studio experience a plus, not requiredBenefitsCompetitive benefitsFlexible paid time offHybrid work modelCompany OverviewDuetti is a music financing platform that engages in buying catalog rights from independent musicians.
