L2/L3 Support Consultants- iScala ERP
Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing and distribution sector, is seeking a L2/L3 Support Consultants to join their team. As a L2/L3 Support Consultants, you will be part of the IT Support and Operations supporting Finance, Supply Chain, and Business Users. The ideal candidate will demonstrate problem-solving skills, collaborative spirit, and strong technical expertise which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: L2/L3 Support Consultants- iScala ERP Location: Milwaukee, WI (Remote work available) Pay Range: $60 What's the Job? • Provide Level 2 and Level 3 support for Epicor iScala ERP across various functional modules including Finance, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing. • Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues, defects, and performance problems to ensure smooth operations. • Manage incident, problem, and change requests utilizing ITSM tools such as ServiceNow or Remedy, ensuring adherence to SLAs. • Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial close activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance. • Configure and maintain system components like Chart of Accounts, tax rules, user roles, security, and workflows, supporting customizations and reports. What's Needed? • 5–10+ years of ERP application support experience with a focus on Epicor iScala (preferred versions: 2.x / 3.x). • Strong understanding of Finance & Accounting processes and supporting global ERP environments (multi-entity, multi-currency). • Solid SQL knowledge for data validation, troubleshooting, and analysis. • Experience supporting interfaces/integrations with upstream/downstream systems such as CRM, WMS, and banking. • Ability to support application upgrades, patches, and coordinate testing and deployment activities.
