Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where you can build, lead, and grow a team while influencing strategic decisions?KREG Therapeutics is seeking a dynamic Area Vice President of Sales to lead and drive growth across key markets in the North Eastern United States. This leadership role will oversee a geographic territory spanning across Maryland, Washington DC and Ohio.The Area Vice President will be responsible for executing KREG’s commercial strategy, expanding strategic health system relationships, and leading a high-performing sales team focused on delivering innovative patient mobilization solutions that improve clinical outcomes and operational efficiency for our hospital partners. The ideal candidate is a results-driven leader with a proven ability to build strong customer relationships, develop high-performing teams, and accelerate revenue growth within complex healthcare environments.What You’ll DoDrive New Business: Use your hunter mindset to identify and secure new business, focusing on converting high-priority and competitive accounts.People Leadership: Coach, develop and lead a team of Territory managers to meet commercial commitments for your region.Lead with Strategy: Define and execute a regional sales plan to achieve ambitious revenue goals. You won't just follow a path; you'll pave it.Pipeline Management and Forecast Accuracy: Maintain accurate opportunity tracking and forecasting through Monday.com CRM.Build a Winning Team: Recruit, mentor, and develop a small but powerful team of Territory Managers, empowering them to meet and exceed their targets.Forge Key Relationships: Act as the primary liaison with executive leaders, clinical directors, and key opinion leaders (KOLs) at our most important hospital accounts.Collaborate for Clinical Excellence: Work hand-in-hand with our Clinical Sales team to ensure our sales strategies are aligned with patient care protocols and provide genuine value to hospitals.Negotiate & Close: Lead the contracting process for new rental agreements, securing favorable terms that fuel our growth.What You’ll BringExperience: 10 years of hospital-based sales experience, with a focus on differentiated clinical products, preferably in ICU or trauma care settings.Leadership: At least 5+ years in a sales leadership role with a proven track record of guiding teams to success.Expertise: In-depth knowledge of the healthcare industry, including trauma care, and a solid understanding of both rental and capital sales.Skills: Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence a variety of stakeholders from clinicians to executives.Mobility: The ability to travel up to 50% overnight within the territory.Why Join Kreg Therapeutics?Direct Impact: Play a crucial role in improving clinical outcomes and directly impacting patient and clinician lives.Growth & Autonomy: Work in a flexible, growth-oriented environment where your ideas and ownership are highly valued.Close to Leadership: Our lean management structure gives you a direct line to executive leadership, allowing you to influence company strategy and direction.If you are a results-oriented leader who is passionate about both sales excellence and clinical value, we encourage you to apply and help us expand our mission!
