This position is part of a dedicated and focused professional services team responsible for developing, maintaining, and testing complex product knowledge bases for customers. A Knowledge Engineer also responds to ad hoc customer requests, working directly with the customer to provide subject matter expertise and guidance on the project implementation. Knowledge Engineers must manage multiple tasks simultaneously and document troubleshooting steps and problem resolution in a clear and concise manner. Daily activities will include analyzing, designing, and delivering solutions specific to customers’ products, services, pricing, business rules, and selling process objectives.
What you will do:
Contribute to the Professional Services team by providing excellent customer service and supportExecute on project implementationsReview, analyze, and evaluate customer business requirements and solution objectivesParticipates in ongoing implementation team decisions and internal projectsWrites detailed steps required to develop or modify applicationsLead implementation specific activities and conduct meetings with new and existing customersInput issues and case data into customer facing and internal issue tracking applicationsWork with other Professional Services team members to support customer needsCommunicate with internal Product Development team members for technical support needs Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or related majorTechnical aptitude and ability to quickly learn new softwareExceptional interpersonal, presentation, and communication skillsStrong analytical and technical backgroundMust be highly organized and work well under pressureMust be able to work independently, as well as, under supervisionMust be willing to accept responsibility and show good judgement, initiative, and resourcefulnessMust value working in a collaborative environmentExcellent problem solving, research and analysis, technical, and leadership skillsSome travel is required Additional Information:All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines. Base Salary is one part of our competitive total compensation and benefits package and is determined using a range.
