Klaviyo Email Marketing Specialist (E-commerce / Luxury Mens Apparel)
We are a premium men’s apparel brand focused on modern, tailored lounge and athletic wear for professionals. Our brand emphasizes quality, comfort, and refined aesthetics.
We are looking for a Klaviyo expert to design and implement high-performing email flows that align with a luxury brand experience and drive conversions and customer retention.
Scope of Work:
1. Flow Setup & Optimization
Build and optimize core Klaviyo flows:
Welcome series
Abandoned cart
Browse abandonment
Post-purchase
Ensure flows are structured for maximum conversion
2. Email Copywriting
Write clean, premium, non-salesy email copy
Communicate value, quality, and brand positioning
Avoid overly promotional or discount-heavy language
3. Email Design
Design minimal, high-end email layouts
Align with brand aesthetic (clean, neutral, refined)
Use strong visuals and typography
4. Segmentation & Targeting
Create audience segments based on behavior
Personalize messaging for different customer types
5. Performance Tracking & Optimization
Monitor performance (open rate, CTR, conversion)
A/B test subject lines and content
Continuously improve flow performance
Requirements:
Proven experience with Klaviyo (portfolio or examples required)
Experience with e-commerce brands (fashion preferred)
Strong understanding of email marketing strategy and customer behavior
Ability to write high-quality, brand-aligned copy
Strong visual taste and attention to detail
Nice to Have:
Experience with luxury or premium brands
Shopify integration experience
SMS marketing experience
