Klaviyo CRM and Email Automation Specialist for Digital Health Clinic
We’re building a health and longevity platform that connects wearable data, labs, and coaching. You’ll develop advanced Klaviyo automations that respond to user behavior in real time. The system must handle onboarding, engagement, and retention campaigns such as new messages, lab reminders, and inactivity triggers. Scope Set up event-based campaigns and automations in Klaviyo using profile data and API triggers. Design clean, responsive email templates aligned with a modern health brand. Create logic-based flows that adjust automatically. For example, skip device setup if a user already synced data, or trigger reminders if labs are overdue. Build ongoing campaigns like “New Message,” “Haven’t Ordered Labs,” “Device Not Connected,” and reactivation sequences. Ensure flows stay in sync with analytics and platform events from user profiles. Requirements Proven Klaviyo experience building multi-flow automations with behavioral logic. Strong understanding of event tracking, conditional triggers, and profile-based segmentation. Ability to design and optimize email templates for health or tech audiences. Experience integrating APIs, Slack, or webhook data is a plus.
