Responsibilities
Provide superior customer service through kitchen design using 20/20 software
Prepare detailed designs based on specifications from customers and Kitchen Sales Specialists
Collaborate with store associates and service providers to address customer needs
Follow up on customer inquiries to ensure project requirements are met
Monitor order statuses and communicate updates to customers
Assist in the development of business processes through cross-training

Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Experience in customer service, preferably in retail or design
Familiarity with kitchen design and remodeling is preferred
