Being a Kitchen Assistant at Raising Canes means ensuring that the food served meets the restaurant's high standards while keeping up with the fast paced environment in the Kitchen. Beginning as a back of house staff member at Raising Canes provides Kitchen Assistant with a pathway to explore various career advancement opportunities, such as transitioning into specialized roles like Bird Specialist or Certified Trainer.

Responsibilities for Kitchen Assistant:

• Lift and carry, push or pull heavy objects up to 50 pounds
• Kneel, bend, twist or stoop Ascend or descend stairs Reach and grasp objects (including above head and below waistline)
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Ability to show up to scheduled shifts on time Cleaning tables, floors and other areas of the Restaurant
• Taking orders from Customers and processing payments efficiently
• Follow proper safety procedures when handling and/or preparing food Ability to multitask
Requirements for Kitchen Assistant:
• Individuals must have surpassed the age of 15 to participate
• Respond promptly and courteously to the requests of all customers Engage in teamwork to enhance customer service experience
• Helping other team members with their tasks and assignments to secure the consistency of services while working in high-pressure environments
