As we accelerate our enterprise expansion, we are building a team of Global Key Account Managers to own and grow relationships with some of the world’s most strategic companies.
🌟 Position Overview
We are hiring high-impact, strategic sellers to manage and expand a portfolio of our most important global accounts — including both new logo targets and existing enterprise customers.
You will own a named list of 20–30 top-tier global organizations, with full accountability for driving revenue across initial landings and long-term expansion. This role requires a combination of hunter mindset and strategic account leadership, with deep multithreading, executive engagement, and value-based selling at its core.
You will work closely with leadership on deal strategy, negotiation, and executive alignment, while partnering cross-functionally to deliver tailored solutions that resonate at the highest levels.
This is a remote role, reporting to US & APAC Sales Leadership.

📍 What You’ll Do
Own and execute a strategic GTM plan for a portfolio of 20–30 global key accounts.

Develop a deep understanding of each account’s business priorities, structure, and growth strategy.

Drive both new business (land) and expansion (expand) across regions, business units, and subsidiaries.

Proactively prospect and build pipeline within large enterprise organizations.

Apply MEDDPICC rigor, mapping stakeholders, building champions, and managing complex deal cycles.

Engage and influence C-level stakeholders, positioning Magnific as a strategic partner.

Partner with internal creative and product teams to deliver tailored, high-impact demos.

Own the full sales cycle, including deal strategy, negotiation, and execution.

Translate customer workflows and KPIs into clear ROI-driven value propositions.

Collaborate cross-functionally (Marketing, Product, Partnerships, Customer Success) to ensure successful onboarding and long-term growth.

💡 What We’re Looking For
Proven track record of closing and expanding large enterprise SaaS deals at a global level.

Experience managing strategic accounts with complex structures and multiple stakeholders.

Strong expertise in MEDDPICC, multithreading, and complex deal orchestration.

Ability to understand and align with customer strategic priorities and translate them into commercial opportunities.

Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with strong executive presence.

Highly driven, proactive, and comfortable operating in high-growth, performance-driven environments.

Resilient and persistent, with a strong hunter mentality combined with relationship depth.

Curious and adaptable, with interest in AI and creative technology.

Team-oriented, coachable, and focused on continuous improvement.
