Are you passionate about driving commercial success while building strong partnerships within healthcare? We are looking for a Key Account Manager to join a dynamic team and contribute to improving patient outcomes within the cardiovascular, renal and metabolic disease area.
About the Role
As a Key Account Manager, you will play a key role in driving business growth and strengthening partnerships across the cardiovascular, renal and metabolic disease area. Working closely with healthcare stakeholders and internal teams, you will contribute to improving patient outcomes while supporting commercial objectives.
This is a field-based position covering Uppsala, Gävleborg and Västmanland.
Key Responsibilities
As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing robust account strategies to achieve commercial targets.
In this role, high-value accounts and key external experts will be identified and prioritized, ensuring that products and services are differentiated in key areas to strengthen market positioning.
Collaboration is key, requiring close work with local cross-functional teams to develop tailored strategies for each account and stakeholder. Efforts will be crucial in achieving favourable brand listings, ensuring compliance, and driving increased product usage through effective OMNI-channel plan delivery.
By leveraging data analytics, market research, and customer insights, you will identify growth opportunities and utilize CRM tools to track customer interactions and forecast sales. Your ability to provide value-based selling by highlighting clinical, economic, and patient outcome benefits will be essential.
Building and maintaining strategic partnerships within the therapeutic area ecosystem is a vital part of the role. Staying informed on industry trends, market dynamics, and healthcare policies is crucial to ensure continued competitiveness and market leadership.
Profile
Valid driver’s license

Academic degree or equivalent in Business or Healthcare.

LIF

Minimum 3 years in healthcare sectors or pharmaceutical industry

Proven expertise in driving sales execution and excelling in customer-facing interactions.

Shown project management skills and understanding of omnichannel execution.

Experience of using data-driven insights to drive performance and innovative ways for long-term strategic fit (e.g NDR and Rikssvikt)

Excellent Swedish and English skills, with strong presentation and stakeholder influence abilities.

Strong understanding of the healthcare system, pharma industry, and health economics.

Experience within cardio, nephro, diabetes is desirable
