You will play a critical role in driving growth, delivering innovative solutions, and strengthening our position as a trusted mobility partner.What You’ll DoDrive business development with new and existing medium and large direct fleets.Build strong relationships with fleet decision-makers and influencers by attending industry events and networking opportunities.Generate leads, follow up on marketing initiatives, and prioritize prospects to build a robust sales pipeline.Develop tailored proposals and value propositions aligned with customer needs and Goodyear Total Mobility solutions.Manage and grow existing accounts by identifying pain points, cross-selling solutions, and ensuring high-quality delivery.Monitor industry trends, fleet developments, and competitor activity to inform strategies and recommendations.Serve as a technical reference for fleets, providing guidance on tires, solutions, and training coordination.What You’ll BringBasic Qualifications:Proven experience in fleet sales, key account management, or commercial vehicle industry.Strong understanding of fleet operations, logistics, or transport industry dynamics.Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize activities effectively.English proficiency at least at upper-intermediate (B2) level.Preferred Qualifications:Familiarity with CRM systems and sales pipeline management.Experience with tire solutions, fleet mobility, or transportation solutions.Willingness to travel within the sales area to meet clients and attend events.Russian (nice to have).We welcome applicants from a wide range of backgrounds and experiences.
