This strategic role focuses on expanding ECARX's presence in the German market by generating new business, cultivating customer relationships, and driving growth strategies.ResponsibilitiesStrategic Sales Ownership:Develop and execute tailored sales strategies in conjunction with senior business leadership, with a particular focus on the German market, to exceed set targetsDrive initiatives to position ECARX as a leading provider within the automotive industry in GermanyComprehensive Customer Relationship Management:Take a holistic approach to managing customer relationships, ensuring the expansion of existing German accountsCollaborate closely with senior stakeholders in German organizations to understand their specific needs and provide tailored solutionsMarket Insight and Business Development:Conduct in-depth analyses of the German automotive market, identifying trends, opportunities, and potential threatsProactively identify and generate new business opportunities within the German automotive sectorTechnical Expertise and Product Knowledge:Maintain an extensive understanding of ECARX products, ensuring a deep technical knowledgeConduct compelling and targeted technical demonstrations, showcasing how ECARX solutions meet the unique requirements of German OEMs and Tier 1 suppliersReporting and Forecasting Excellence:Prepare detailed and insightful sales reports and forecasts, highlighting key performance indicators specific to the German marketProvide strategic recommendations based on market trends and customer feedbackContract Negotiation and Pricing Strategy:Lead negotiations for contracts and pricing, taking into account the competitive landscape within the German automotive marketEnsure agreements align with both ECARX's business objectives and the specific needs of German clientsRFQ/RFI Process Ownership:Take ownership of the RFQ/RFI process, ensuring timely and accurate responses tailored to German market requirementsQualifications & ExperienceDeep experience within Account Management and Sales working with Large European OEMsExperience in infotainment, ADAS or SoC product sales, development, and integration within the German automotive marketProven success in closing substantial deals specifically within the German automotive industryEstablished relationships with German Tier 1s and OEMs, such as VW, Daimler, Audi, MercedesExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a deep understanding of the cultural nuances within the German business environmentEntrepreneurial mindset, coupled with strong problem-solving and negotiation skillsBachelor’s degree in engineering, business, marketing, or a related fieldFluent in German
