Lamudi.co.id is a property technology company that aims to enable and support all parties along the property seeking, buying, and selling process from our range of products and services.About the challengeAs a Key Account Manager at Lamudi, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and building lasting partnerships with key clients in the property sector. You’ll combine strong sales acumen with consultative skills to help clients achieve their business goals through our innovative property marketing solutions. As a Key Account Manager at Lamudi, you will: Identify and pursue new B2B sales opportunities through market analysis and prospectingApply a consultative selling approach to determine your client's needs and customize your pitch and proposalsAdvise clients on using Lamudi’s property marketing solutions to improve their projectsManage and grow a portfolio of key accounts to maximize revenueBuild strong relationships across client organizations, from staff to senior management (owner/C-level)Provide insights and data to help clients achieve their marketing goalsPrepare monthly and quarterly reports and analyses to guide account performanceMeet monthly and quarterly sales targets Is this you? Excellent Pitching Skills: Someone who can impress every client with a structured and personalized story to convince the account to use our products/ services.A bachelor's degree from a reputable Indonesian university or foreign university5-6 years of work experience in business development, account management, consulting, project management, or equivalent roleHave the willingness to work in a fast-paced environment, and able to work under pressure and with a targetExcellent written, verbal communication, and presentation skills (English proficiency is a plus)Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization, including C-SuitDemonstrated ability to work in highly collaborative, cross-functional environmentsDetail-oriented with the ability to develop activities based upon proactive analysis of client needsEffective problem-solving and collaborations are crucial for the positionAbility to travel domesticallyDemonstrated understanding of digital marketing is a plus For Internal Reference G4C Additional Information Our selection procedure in a nutshellThe position reports to Commercial Director.
