Key Account Executive (fully remote) Bulk Chemicals

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Key Account Executive to drive sales success in a fully remote capacity. This dynamic role focuses on managing significant accounts and ensuring sales volume and profit targets are met across the designated territory. As a Key Account Executive, you will work from your home office and travel approximately 40% of the time to engage with clients and foster strong, multi-level relationships. Responsibilities: • Develop and implement strategic plans to maximize the value of company products within assigned accounts. • Create detailed reports on sales activities, including call reports, forecasting, budgeting, pricing, and expense tracking. • Build and maintain multi-disciplinary relationships with stakeholders to achieve sales goals. • Mentor and guide Account Representatives and Key Account Representatives to enhance team performance. • Manage and optimize an expense budget as defined by the National Sales Manager. • Coordinate account activities and performance with the credit department and other internal teams. • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base. • Address and resolve any supply chain issues promptly. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution. • At least 5 years of experience in refrigerant gas and related bulk chemical sales. • Experience with wet/dry etchant materials in a semiconductor environment is preferred. • Familiarity with fluoropolymer or fluoroelastomers businesses is advantageous. • Strong ability to work independently and across Japanese-American cultural lines. Skills and Abilities: • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. • Proven ability to set and achieve sales targets. • Strong organizational and project management skills. • Proficient in using PCs and relevant software for market research and sales activities. • Problem-solving aptitude to address customer requests and challenges.
