Our Talent Advisor - Talent Incident Management SME is accountable for: Review all incidents and ensure that they are accurate in Origami, the incident management system, within 24 hours of receipt Collect all documentation/evidence and ensure that it is appropriately attached to the incident case file in the Incident Management System, Origami Take the lead on reviewing the allegations/concerns with the employee, providing constructive feedback, training recommendations, and carrying out corrective action discussions, as required Essential Skills: Understanding of HR practices such as ADA, off-boarding, talent management, employment law, contract language, etc. preferred Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Highly organized, efficient at multi-tasking, and strong follow-through skills required Self-motivated with keen sense of prioritization, time management Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - verbal and written Seeking minimum of 2+ years of Staffing, Human Resources, Talent Management, and/or related area of expertise.
