Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement engaging music lesson plans for students in grades K-5, aligning with state and national standards.
Create a supportive and inclusive online learning environment that encourages student participation and fosters a love for music.
Assess student progress, provide constructive feedback, and adjust instruction to meet individual needs.
Collaborate with other educators and support staff to ensure a comprehensive educational experience.

Qualifications and Requirements:
Essential Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university in Music Education or a related field.
Minnesota Teacher License: Elementary Music (or the ability to obtain by August 29, 2023).
Experience in teaching music to students in grades K-5, preferably in an online or virtual setting.
Strong knowledge of music theory, pedagogy, and curriculum design.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced online environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Master's Degree in Music Education or a related field.
Experience with online teaching platforms and digital tools.
Familiarity with project-based learning and competency-based education.
