Justice Solutions Program Liaison
As a Justice Solutions Program Liaison at CVS Health, you will be a key player in the development and execution of programs that advance our commitment to social justice and equity. This position requires creative problem-solving, excellent communication skills, and the ability to think outside-the-box to identify and implement solutions that improve our communities. If you possess a passion for serving in an innovative role that advances social responsibility, we want to hear from you!To be successful in this role, you will need a minimum of three years of experience working in community-focused programs, preferably in the areas of criminal justice and/or justice system reform. You must also possess a working knowledge of data and analytics, and the ability to develop and implement complex initiatives that have a lasting impact. Excellent interpersonal skills, superior organizational ability, and a demonstrated commitment to equity and social justice are also required. Maintain and build relationships with stakeholders in the criminal justice and/or justice system reform fields.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure successful program implementation.
Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness and progress.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws and regulations.
Prepare reports, presentations, and other materials to communicate program outcomes.
Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
Build and sustain a culture of equity, respect, and inclusion.
