Our client is a rapidly scaling fintech company delivering a robust payment gateway and card processing solutions for merchants worldwide. Their platform enables global payment acceptance, flexible pay-in and pay-out flows, and tailored settlement processes.
Role Overview
As a Junior/Middle System Administrator, you will support the company’s internal IT infrastructure and help ensure employees have everything they need to work efficiently. The role focuses on day-to-day operational tasks, user support, and basic system administration.
Key Responsibilities
Create and manage user accounts (email, internal systems, access rights)
Grant, update, and revoke access permissions
Register and manage domains, issue and renew SSL certificates
Set up and maintain basic connectivity (VPN, RDP, etc.)
Support employee work environments (laptops, software, access)
Install and configure internal tools and services
Troubleshoot common system, network, and hardware issues
Maintain simple documentation for configurations and processes
Requirements
Basic experience in System Administration or IT Support
Understanding of networking fundamentals (IP, DNS, VPN)
Experience with Windows and/or Linux systems
Familiarity with user accounts and access management
Basic knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure is a plus)
Basic scripting skills (Bash, PowerShell — nice to have)
Ability to handle routine tasks and troubleshoot common issues
