Junior/Middle D365 BC Consultant

Job Description: • Participate in all phases of Dynamics 365 Business Central implementations, including requirements analysis, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post–go-live support. • Lead functional workstreams by facilitating client workshops, gathering and documenting requirements, and translating business needs into functional specifications. • Evaluate customer business processes against standard Business Central functionality and recommend best-practice solutions. • Configure and support Business Central financial and operational modules, including required customizations and ISV integrations. • Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT), develop training materials, and train customer users to ensure successful adoption. Requirements: • 2+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. • Strong functional expertise across Business Central financial modules, including configuration, testing, and deployment. • Experience working with ISVs and development teams to support enhancements, integrations, and scalable ERP solutions. • Proven ability to map business requirements to ERP functionality and document end-to-end business processes. • Demonstrated experience with system implementations, upgrades, integrations, and testing. • Microsoft certification in Dynamics 365 Business Central and/or Power Platform preferred. • Experience with process optimization, automation, and data accuracy initiatives. • Strong stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration skills. • Experience supporting vertical or industry-specific ERP solutions. • General pre-sales experience, including solution demonstrations or proposal support.
