What Is Required (Qualifications)
Minimum 2+ years of experience in managing multiple clients, accounts, and projects
Proven experience in complex calendar and email management
Strong skills in travel arrangement and expense report compilation
Ability to work in a fast-paced virtual environment and manage deadlines
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and common online software and tools
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Bachelor's degree preferred
Experience with CRM software and project management platforms
Familiarity with both Mac and PC operating systems
Proficiency in Google Suite and other productivity tools
Strong technology confidence and eagerness to learn new systems
