Brand Revolution is a part of the global advertising network, seeking a Junior Video Editor responsible for crafting visually compelling and emotionally engaging videos. This role involves working closely with directors, producers, and the editorial team to shape raw footage into polished stories that align with client goals and brand standards. Responsibilities Craft visually compelling and emotionally engaging videos that bring Lumenati’s creative vision to life Work closely with directors, producers, and the editorial team to shape raw footage into polished stories that align with client goals and brand standards Demonstrate strong technical skills across editing software, motion graphics, and media management Collaborate with motion graphic artists, colorists, sound designers, and other specialists Create compelling work without oversight and adapt as needed Maintain the video asset archive and ensure accurate delivery of content across multiple formats and channels Skills 1+ years editing experience with work samples demonstrating collaboration with agencies and brands Comfortable collaborating with motion graphic artists, colorists, sound designers and other specialists Demonstrated creative storytelling approaches, transitions, effects, music, sound, and graphics to enhance edits Stays on the cutting edge of creative trends and technology Works independently; self-directed as needed to create compelling work without oversight Adaptable, trainable, and hard-working Deep technical knowledge of video formats and standards, editing software and hardware We primarily use Adobe Premiere Versioning, resizing, and accurately delivering content across multiple formats and channels to hit specs Maintenance of our video asset archive Beginner 2D motion design skills in After Effects is a major plus Secondary skills such as 3D motion design, sound mixing, color correction, and compositing are a plus but not expected Prior assistant editing experience is a major plus Benefits 2 weeks yearly PTO with a bank of 2 weeks paid sick leave. 10 annual paid holidays per year.
