Junior Transactional/Banking Law Attorney

They are seeking a Junior Transactional/Banking Law Attorney to assist with drafting and reviewing transactional documents, conducting legal research, and managing banking transactions. Responsibilities Assist with drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a variety of transactional documents, including the following Loan agreements Security instruments Corporate governance documents Commercial contracts Support senior attorneys in managing banking and finance transactions from inception to closing Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda on transactional, regulatory, and compliance issues Participate in due diligence reviews and assist with transaction checklists and closing deliverables Communicate with clients, lenders, and internal teams to ensure the smooth execution of transactions Maintain organized files, track deadlines, and contribute to efficient workflow management Skills J.D. from an accredited law school and admission (or pending admission) to the bar in [relevant jurisdiction] 0–3 years of legal experience ("0" does not indicate a brand new attorney.
