Job Description e Aree di Responsabilità

L’impiegato Ufficio Gare svolge diversi compiti in supporto alle attività operative e documentali
dell’Ufficio Gare, collaborando alla gestione delle procedure di gara pubbliche e private, nel rispetto
delle normative vigenti e delle scadenze.
Principali attività
• Monitoraggio e ricerca bandi di gara (piattaforme MEPA, SINTEL, ANAC, portali clienti, ecc.)
• Supporto nella verifica dei requisiti di partecipazione
• Predisposizione e raccolta della documentazione amministrativa
• Compilazione modulistica di gara (DGUE, dichiarazioni, allegati)
• Inserimento delle informazioni nei portali telematici di gara
• Supporto nella preparazione delle offerte amministrative
• Gestione archivio documentale (digitale e cartaceo)
• Controllo scadenze e aggiornamento planning gare
• Supporto nella richiesta e gestione di documenti aziendali (visure, DURC, certificazioni, ecc.)
• Collaborazione con ufficio tecnico e il responsabile commerciale di riferimento per raccolta dei
dati
• Supporto nella fase post-aggiudicazione (contratti, documentazione integrativa)
Formazione:
E’ richiesta una Laurea in discipline giuridiche, economiche o amministrative ed esperienza in ufficio
gare/amministrazione.

Si richiedo le seguenti skills:

• Fluente conoscenza della lingua inglese
• Conoscenza base delle procedure di gara pubblica (Codice Appalti)
• Buona capacità di utilizzo del pacchetto Office (in particolare Excel e Word)
• Familiarità con piattaforme telematiche di gara

Range salariale: 30.000-35.000 annuale
