Key Responsibilities Product Expertise: Develop an in-depth understanding of our banking software and apps to provide accurate and effective support to clients. Collaboration: Work closely with software technicians, technical support teams, and developers to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues. Troubleshooting: Examine technical logs to identify and resolve issues encountered during the 24/7 client support project. Technical Communication: Handle technical processes and explain them in a clear, concise manner to less-technical individuals. Quality Improvement: Manage, monitor, and improve the quality of the tech support process to ensure high standards are maintained. Essential Qualifications and Skills To succeed in this role, you should possess: Excellent Communication Skills: Proficiency in written and spoken English is a must, with the ability to establish a good working relationship with customers. Troubleshooting Ability: Solid troubleshooting skills to resolve technical issues efficiently. Technical Aptitude: Ability to learn technical skills quickly and adapt to new technologies. Product Knowledge: Willingness to learn and understand our mobile and online banking products in-depth. Coordination and Time Management: Ability to manage a dynamic workload with multiple concurrent tasks and coordinate with developers to investigate and diagnose issues. Preferred Qualifications and Skills While not mandatory, the following skills and experiences will give you a competitive edge: Banking Live-Chat Experience: Previous experience in banking live-chat support is highly desirable. Technical Support Background: Experience in technical support roles will be beneficial. Dialogflow Experience: Familiarity with Dialogflow or similar technologies is a plus. Mobile Platform Knowledge: Experience with various mobile phone platforms, especially iOS and Android. Project Management: Project management experience will be advantageous.
