Junior Technical Sales Representative

You will work closely with the Head of Division, gaining exposure to strategy while owning your region day to day. Our client is an established distributor of chemical raw materials, supporting manufacturers across the construction and industrial sectors. With a strong reputation for technical expertise and customer service, they are now investing in growth to expand their footprint across Poland.
Responsibilities
· Develop new business and expand market presence in underrepresented regions
· Manage and grow relationships with distributors and end customers
· Provide technical guidance on construction chemical products
· Identify opportunities in plasters, fillers, flooring and wet chemistry applications
· Support expansion into paints, coatings and specialist applications
· Track market trends and competitor activity
Requirements
· 2 to 3 years’ experience in construction chemicals or related sector
· Understanding of dispersions, binders and thickeners
· Willingness to travel and meet clients regularly
· Fluent English
· Based in or willing to cover southeastern Poland
· Exposure to paints, coatings or performance materials – not essential
· Early experience in technical sales or customer-facing roles
