Position Overview

As a Junior Solution Consultant, your primary responsibility will be to complete our internal, accelerated, comprehensive low-code no-code platform training program. This program is designed to teach you the Quandary consulting approach, and you will have the opportunity to work closely with experienced professionals, gain knowledge, and develop your skills. Upon completion of the training program, you will be an integral part of our Services team, working on client initiatives, designing and building solutions, and helping to define and implement client needs and expectations.

Key Responsibilities


Attend in-office training as required for the duration of the training program
Upon completion of the training program:

Understand and adapt to multiple approaches of delivering technology to clients (e.g., agile versus waterfall)
Comprehend complex business processes
Build detailed process maps in real-time during client project interactions
Direct and indirect client communication, including virtual meetings, emails, and face-to-face interactions
Follow a project's Statement of Work, decompose work into tasks, manage level of effort and due dates
Escalate issues in an appropriate manner, to the appropriate resource
Work with key stakeholders to gather requirements, transform them into epics, stories, tasks, and other relevant documentation as needed
Mentor and tutor client team members as appropriate
Support client testing efforts
Create documentation and training materials
Lead difficult conversations, guide client direction, address push back, and steer engagement as needed
Ensure all internal management systems are kept up to date relative to the projects assigned, including systems that handle timesheets, status, forecasting, and invoicing
Assist with internal company initiatives, including sales engineering, scoping, demos, internal development priorities, and research
Work with Technical Account Manager and Customer Success Managers on expansion and additional revenue for their book of clients




Essential Qualifications


Strong desire to start a career in tech
In-office requirement for the duration of the training program; onsite training also includes virtual instruction
Ability to thrive in both in-person and remote learning environments
Desire and ability to succeed in an accelerated training program
Successful participation in a project-based learning environment
Ability to work in a deadline-driven, fast-paced environment
Perform tasks accurately and quickly utilizing high levels of attention to detail
Strong computer literacy
Completion of any online training, which does not have to be an educational course
Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder)
