Position Summary:

• The Software Developer Analyst I (SDA I) is responsible to Code/configure, unit test, debug, document, and maintain medium complexity software applications, in an environment that continuously introduces leading-edge technologies.
• The Software Developer Analyst I will operate adhering to standards, processes and methodologies and may require guidance or supervision in most phases of their work.
• This position requires sufficient educational background and/or experience to analyze, design and develop or modify application programs from detailed specifications using the technology stack used.
• SDA I will primarily work as part of a collaborative team in a matrixed organization structure, utilizing company-issued equipment.

Essential Job Functions:

• Responsible to Code/Configure and unit test functionality as per detailed functional specifications as per established Standards.
• Debug Reported Production Issues and Implement identified Fixes.
• Other functions that may be assigned.

Education:

4-year College Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related fields with specific emphasis on database design, object oriented programming concepts, software design and development; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience: A minimum of 1 to 2 year experience related to developing Java/J2EE applications.

Preferred Experience: JDBC, JMS, Spring Framework, XML, SOAP and REST Web Services, JSON, Eclipse, IntelliJ, Application Servers, and Junit skills.

Minimum 1-year experience in one or more technologies and methodologies used.
