They are seeking a motivated Junior Software Developer to work directly with technology leadership on impactful systems in the financial sector. Responsibilities Work directly with our technology leadership on systems that touch real money, real trades, and real regulatory requirements Learn how capital markets actually work by building the software that powers them Take on whatever the business needs—whether that's debugging a function, understanding a margin calculation, or jumping on a call with a trading partner Skills 0–2 years of experience or recent graduates welcome Strong academic track record (GPA, test scores, coursework) Preference for mathematics, physics, or CS degree or equivalent technical discipline Genuine interest in financial services Clear communicator who asks good questions Willing and eager to grind Prior experience with Microsoft stack - Azure cloud, SQL Server, .NET/C#, with integrations across the financial industry (DTCC, OCC, FIX protocol, etc.) Company Overview RQD* Clearing is a next-generation correspondent clearing provider, providing advanced clearing, custody and execution solutions built for the modern markets.
