We are looking for a highly motivated professional to become a valuable member of our team in the role of Junior Recruiter. Some of the responsibilities would include: Proactively source candidates using a variety of channels: LinkedIn, job boards, social media, talent databases, referrals, and networking Write and post engaging job descriptions in line with our tone of voice and employer brand Screen resumes and conduct initial phone or video interviews to assess candidate suitability Maintain and update candidate data in our applicant tracking system (PeopleForce) Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams Communicate with candidates to ensure a positive experience throughout the process Support recruiters and hiring managers with research and market mapping Stay informed about talent trends, sourcing tools, and best practices Requirements 0–2 years of experience in recruitment, sourcing, HR, or related administrative roles (internships and freelance projects count!)
