The Companial Engineering team is touching the latest global technologies (Visual Studio Code AL language, Extensions, DevOps, PowerPlatform), being one of very few Microsoft ISV Development Centers we have direct consulting with Microsoft and receive the latest news and training on new technologies prior other Microsoft partners. We are looking for a Junior QA Specialist to join our growing team and support the quality assurance process for solutions built on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (BC). This is a great opportunity to start your QA career working with real ERP systems, cross-functional teams, and business-critical features. You will participate in manual testing and help ensure stable, well-functioning Business Central customizations and integrations. What are you going to do: Understand functional requirements of Business Central customizations and features Design, execute, and document manual test cases for Business Central related features Validate integration between Business Central and other systems Perform regression, functional, and exploratory testing Log, track, and retest issues in Azure DevOps Work closely with developers and functional consultants to identify and resolve issues Provide status updates on testing progress and results Contribute to the improvement of existing testing processes to enhance quality assurance What we expect from you: A detail-oriented mindset with strong documentation skills Analytical thinking, critical reasoning, and problem-solving skills Ability to identify and clearly document software bugs Good English communication skills, both written and verbal Hands-on experience in a Quality Assurance position is a plus (technology bootcamps count) Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or any ERP system is a strong advantage ISTQB Foundation Level certification or similar is a plus, but not required This is what we offer:A highly skilled and constantly expanding international team, where you can learn from each other, contribute your ideas, validate your competencies, and grow together Training and development opportunities (global conferences, training courses, business trips, etc)Great conditions for work: an informal environment, flexible hours, and the possibility to work remotely Trips to meet the teamThe best internal events cause we know how to balance work and fun (team buildings, winter/summer parties, innovation days, kayak trips, etc.) Best people with different hobbies and who always ready to helpAnnual salary depending on your experienceMonthly salary range 1400-1800 Eur gross/month (depending on your seniority and experience level) Originally posted on Himalayas
