Junior QA Manual Tester (Remote - US & Canada)
We are seeking a detail-oriented and passionate Junior QA Manual Tester to join our growing QA team. This is a remote opportunity open to candidates across the United States and Canada who are eager to build a career in software quality assurance. Responsibilities: • Review and analyze system specifications • Collaborate with QA leads, developers, and product teams to understand requirements • Execute manual test cases and report bugs using issue-tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Bugzilla) • Identify, document, and track software defects • Perform regression, functional, integration, and exploratory testing • Contribute to continuous process improvement in the QA workflow Requirements: • 1–2 years of experience in software QA (manual testing) • Strong understanding of QA concepts, SDLC, and STLC • Experience with test case design and bug reporting • Familiarity with tools like Jira, TestRail, or similar • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting Nice to Have: • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies Work Authorization: Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States or Canada.
