The Role
Youâll be the quality guardian for our gaming platform, ensuring error-free content reaches millions of players worldwide.
What you will be doing
⢠Manage game events and coordinate maintenance schedules for games and promotions
⢠Configure games remotely and verify results to ensure seamless player experiences
⢠Communicate with business stakeholders and third-party providers to implement product changes
⢠Diagnose crashes, validate data, and report bugs with precision and clarity
⢠Adapt games and promotions to meet evolving business requirements
⢠Escalate complex technical issues to engineering teams when needed
What we are looking for
⢠Solid foundation in QA theory, test design techniques, and SDLC processes
⢠Experience with Task Management Systems (Jira preferred) and Agile/Scrum methodologies
⢠Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail
⢠Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (upper-intermediate level)
⢠Ability to prioritize workloads, meet deadlines, and identify potential risks
⢠High sense of responsibility and willingness to work shifts when required
