About the role We are seeking a motivated Junior Project Manager to join our team. As a Junior Project Manager, you will assist in planning, executing, and monitoring projects to ensure successful delivery within scope, budget, and timeline. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in project management and contribute to the achievement of organizational goals. Day-to-day responsibilities - Assisting in the development of project plans, timelines, and budgets. - Coordinating project activities and tasks to ensure alignment with project objectives. - Monitoring project progress and identifying risks and issues that may impact delivery. - Communicating project updates and status reports to stakeholders. - Facilitating meetings and discussions to drive decision-making and problem-solving. - Supporting the identification and implementation of process improvements. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution and delivery. About you - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field. - Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels. - Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality in project documentation and reporting. - Proficiency in project management tools and software. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. - Prior experience in project management, coordination, or related internships is a plus.
