Our client is a next-gen digital agency, based in Sweden with a passion for e-commerce, they helped 2000+ companies make their dream stores come true. They are mainly focused on using the Shopify platform and they are proud to be the #1 Shopify expert in Sweden.
We are currently looking for a Junior Project Manager to join their team. You will be responsible for managing the clients' e-commerce needs. You need to ensure that everything is running smoothly and that the quality of work reaches their standards. You will have a chance to surround yourself with an international team. Your clients will be mostly Swedish and from Nordic countries. You will work directly with Enterprise Technical Sales
Departments.
Responsibilities
Develop detailed project plans and monitor progress
Be the main contact person for clients
Deliver projects on time ensuring quality standards are met
Communicate with your team and ensure all members are on board with delegated tasks
Highlight potential risks or malfunctions and act proactively to resolve issues
Seek opportunities for improvement and suggest new projects
For assigned projects, be responsible for the delivery of the projects scope within agreed time and budget
Requirements:
Good understanding of Word, HTML5, CSS3, PHP, MySQL, Sketch, and Shopify
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
Learns quickly and independently; seeks opportunities to extend and deepen learning
Ability to work independently and quickly adapt to changes in priorities
Strong interpersonal and proactive problem-solving skills
Ability to understand the big picture
Fluent in English (written and spoken). Other languages will be a benefit.
Business and customer focus mindset
