Junior Project Manager

As a Junior Project Manager, you will support the project management team in coordinating project activities and ensuring smooth communication between internal teams and clients while developing strong organizational and analytical skills.ResponsibilitiesSupport the project management team in coordinating day-to-day project activities across multiple consulting engagementsMaintain project plans, status reports, budget reports, and risk logs in order to monitor progress against timelines and deliverable milestonesAssist with tracking project budgets, resource allocations, and resource utilization across projectsSupport communications with internal teams and clients, including scheduling and coordination of meetings and workshopsAssist with internal operational processes and contribute to improving internal project management templates and toolsSkillsBachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Communications, or a related field1 year of professional or internship experience supporting project coordination or operational activities, with experience maintaining project documentation, tracking tasks, or supporting project delivery activitiesProficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel with strong written and verbal communication skillsStrong analytical and organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and adapt quickly to changing prioritiesCandidates must be legally authorized to work in the US without current or future employer sponsorshipFamiliarity with project planning and management tools such as Microsoft Project, Planner, Smartsheet, or similar platformsUnderstanding of project delivery frameworks or software development lifecyclesFamiliarity with Microsoft 365 ecosystem and modern workplace technologiesBasic exposure to tools such as Copilot, Power BI, Power Apps, or other Microsoft Power Platform capabilitiesExperience working in technology, consulting, or cross-functional project environmentsCompany OverviewReply specializes in designing and implementing solutions in the digital services, technology, and consulting fields.
