We’re looking for an organized and proactive Junior Project Coordinator to support project planning, tracking, and execution across teams. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy coordinating tasks, communicating with stakeholders, and keeping projects on track in a collaborative, remote-first environment.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with planning, scheduling, and tracking project tasks and milestones
Coordinate communications between cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion of deliverables
Prepare project updates, reports, and documentation for stakeholders
Support resource allocation and manage project-related administrative tasks
Identify opportunities to improve project processes and efficiency
Participate in project meetings and follow-up on action items
✅ Requirements
Junior / Entry-Level (0–2+ years experience)
Experience in project coordination, project management, or related roles (internships included)
Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Jira, Trello, Monday.com)
Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical teams
Detail-oriented with a proactive problem-solving mindset
Comfortable working independently in a remote-first environment
Fluent in English
Based in the United States with legal authorization to work full-time
