Junior Production Artist (Remote)
Join Inspired Thinking Group (ITG) as a full-time Junior Production Artist and play a key role in creating engaging content for big brands like Costa, KFC, PUMA, and more. As a Junior Production Artist, you will be responsible for building and manipulating pages/files within InDesign, ensuring quality control, and collaborating with our production team to deliver high-quality projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and layout pages/files in InDesign, ensuring timely and efficient production while maintaining quality control.
Manipulate images, including silos, retouching, and simple color correction.
Ensure production quality control measures are met, and projects are delivered print- or digital-ready.
Make client and team edits in multiple proof cycles, demonstrating attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
Collaborate with Content Specialists and other production team members, communicating production progress and using initiative and independent judgment to complete tasks.
Requirements:
High school diploma required; professional degree preferred.
Advanced English level (B2+).
1+ years of experience using InDesign in a professional capacity.
Basic knowledge and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (primarily InDesign).
Proven ability to work under tight deadlines with a keen eye for detail.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment, focusing on achieving client initiatives.
Quick learner with a willingness to execute new knowledge of systems, processes, and techniques.
Note: This is a remote position, and candidates should be based in Colombia, preferably in Bogotá D.C.
