Junior Product Manager, Daily Finances

Uphold is a financial technology company that believes on-chain services are the future of finance. They are looking for a curious, customer-obsessed Junior Product Manager to own the strategy, execution, and roadmap for integrating crypto into daily financial life. The role involves understanding customer pain points and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve the customer experience. Responsibilities Own and evolve the product roadmap from core bank-like features: new types of accounts, credit and debit cards, and account management Deeply understand customer pain points through data, support tickets, user interviews, and direct feedback and translate those insights into product decisions Partner with design, engineering, compliance, and customer success to ship features that meaningfully improve the customer experience Use AI tools extensively to accelerate research, prioritization, documentation, and analysis fluency in AI-assisted workflows is expected Utilize LLMs to generate prototype applications and experiences in order to accurately communicate your vision Write clear, concise product requirements and user stories that keep the customer at the center Monitor product performance metrics and synthesize findings into actionable next steps Stay close to the competitive neo banking landscape and bring fresh thinking to the team Skills 1–3 years of experience in product management, customer success, operations, customer service, or a related role A genuine obsession with customer experience — you think in journeys, not system flows The ability to tell a good story.
