We’re growing fast and looking to hire a Junior Product Manager with a strong interest in SaaS and product development to help us reach our growth goals.
As a Junior Product Manager at PayrollPanda you'll support end-to-end product lifecycle from research, planning, and execution to post-release analysis. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams and have direct input in shaping product improvements and new initiatives. If you’re passionate about solving user problems, enjoy working with data, and want to grow your career in product, then please read on.
Who we are looking for:
Preferably Malaysian2-3 years of experience in product, business analysis, or a related role (SaaS experience is a plus)Self-driven, analytical, structured and high attention to detailsGood communication skills and enjoys working with cross-functional teamsBasic understanding of product development processes and Agile is an advantageComfortable working with tools such as Jira, Notion, Figma, or similarFluent in English
Your responsibilities will include:
Assist in researching user needs, industry trends, and competitor insightsSupport in planning and prioritizing the product roadmap for PayrollPandaCollaborate with a cross-functional team to ensure seamless feature deliveryParticipate in product testing, quality checks, and release validationMonitor product performance and help prepare regular product insights and reportsSupport ad-hoc product initiatives to improve workflow efficiency and user experience
