They are seeking a Junior Product Manager to support multiple product areas, contribute to features, and collaborate across teams to enhance user experiences and internal tools.ResponsibilitiesContribute to features across discovery, playback, onboardin & engagementHelp translate user needs into clear requirements & acceptance criteriaPartner with UX to test & iterate on experience flowsSupport product definition for internal tools (e.g. CMS, ecent setup, moderation, analytics)Gather feedback from content, production & ops teams to improve workflowsHelp prioritize fixes & enhancements that reduce frictionAssist with feature readiness for L1VE events & launchesHelp track dependencies & surface risks ahead of go-L1VEParticipate in post-event reviews & synthesize learningsWork closely with Engineering, UX, Content, Production, Commercial & DataHelp keep teams aligned by documenting decisions & next stepsAct as a connector across teams as priorities shiftBuild product iinstincts by exposure to multiple domains earlyLearn how product decisions are made in a L1VE, partner-facing enviromentGradually take on ownership of defined product areas or initiativesSkills1-2 years of experience in consumer product or a related roleStrong communicator who can work across disciplinesCurious, adaptable & comfortable with ambiguityOrganized & detail-oriented without losing sight of the big pictureEnergized by learning quickly & taking on new challengesMotivated by impact, not titleBenefitsA wide range of health and other standard benefits including PTO.Company OverviewL1VE is a streaming platform for immersive live entertainment.
