Junior PMO Analyst

Minimum Qualifications
• 2 years of experience in a project coordination or PMO analyst role
• Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid)
• Strong proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint)
• Good analytical and reporting skills
• Strong communication and organizational abilities
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field (preferred)
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in the preparation of project status reports, dashboards, and executive summaries
• Track project milestones, budgets, and timelines using tools like MS Project
• Coordinate project meetings, prepare agendas and document action items
• Maintain central project documentation and repository
• Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to ensure compliance with PMO frameworks
This position is open only to individuals who are authorized to work in the United States. Proof of valid work authorization will be required prior to employment. This is a remote position; however, the employee must be available to work standard business hours in the Pacific Time Zone (PT).
