As a Junior People Attraction & Acquisition Partner (all genders) you’ll support our employer branding efforts and assist across the full recruiting lifecycle. You’ll collaborate closely with the People & Culture team and our business departments, help create an outstanding candidate experience, and learn modern recruiting tools and techniques step by step. Location: Mobile Work (Germany) What you’ll do Support employer branding and People & Culture communication initiatives. Help coordinate onboarding touchpoints, internal campaigns, and people-focused events. Assist in end-to-end recruiting activities: job postings, screening, scheduling, and documentation. Conduct initial structured interviews together with experienced recruiters. Support active sourcing activities using modern digital tools. Ensure a transparent, friendly, and professional candidate experience. Maintain recruiting data in our HR systems and support continuous process improvement. What you bring Strong interest in people, culture, communication, and recruiting. First experience in HR, recruiting, employer branding, or People & Culture projects. Clear and empathetic communication skills in German and English. Structured, reliable working style and attention to detail. Curiosity, motivation to learn, and team spirit.
