Junior Order Management Specialist

The Junior Order Management Specialist role involves ensuring compliance with company policies during order processing and supporting the sales organization with contract-related requests.ResponsibilitiesEnsure all deals are structured to comply with company policies and processesValidate sales agreements, including copy number, account name, licensing policy, offering consistency, pricing validation, date consistency for proration and renewals, and plug-in languageFlag non-standard customers and deals for Finance, Credit, Renewals, Accounts Receivable, and Renewal Operations to lay the foundation for successful future billing and renewal eventsReview all aspects of deals, including pricing, quoting support, contract reviews, and non-standard terms, to ensure compliance with company policiesCollaborate efficiently across multiple departments, including Sales, Legal, Finance, IT, and RenewalsSupport the sales organization with new sales contracts and contract-related requestsServe as the main point of contact for the Finance team regarding order processing and contract executionEnsure all customer agreements are signed by the appropriate individuals in Finance and comply with the company's signature policiesDevelop, maintain, and automate order approval workflowsIdentify areas where the team can add value, increase transparency, and improve processes to support the Sales and Finance teamsManage processes to analyze and reduce error rates, improving best practices and resulting in higher client satisfactionEnsure timely execution of contract signatures and fulfillment of software orders to comply with revenue recognition guidelines, including working extended hours during quarter-end periods four times a yearSkillsBachelor's degree (BA/BS) from a four-year college or university, or an equivalent combination of education and experienceStrong organizational skills and high attention to detailSelf-motivated and results drivenExcellent communication skillsExtensive knowledge of Excel, MS Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and other MS Office applicationsPreferred understanding of Salesforce and OracleBenefits401k Matching ProgramProfessional Development ReimbursementFlexible Personal/Vacation Time OffSick LeavePaid HolidaysMedicalDentalVisionEmployee Assistance ProgramParental LeaveDiscounts on fitness clubs, travel and more!Company OverviewSS&C is a global provider of investment and financial software-enabled services and software focused exclusively on the global financial It is a sub-organization of SS&C Black Diamond Wealth Solutions.
